I have a lot of experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders. In my current role I work with many different teams and partners on a regular basis and I am responsible for making sure projects move forward. I have strong communication and organizational skills and I am used to managing competing priorities and keeping everyone informed. I believe this experience makes me a strong fit for this position.

Before and after · invented poster
Same experience. One gets a tick.
Criterion EX1 on a made-up PM-03 poster. The rewrite uses only what the applicant told us: the dates, the numbers and the result.
Experience coordinating projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders: met. From March 2024 to February 2026, as Program Assistant at the Riverside Settlement Centre (Winnipeg), I coordinated the Newcomer Employment Fair, an annual initiative involving four partner organizations, two provincial funders and 38 employers. I was the single point of contact for all partners: I set the project plan and the monthly checkpoint schedule, chaired the planning meetings (11 in 2025), tracked 46 action items to completion, and resolved a venue conflict between two partners by negotiating a shared-booth layout. The 2025 fair ran on budget ($18,400), drew 612 attendees (up from 410 in 2024) and led to 71 recorded job offers. My director confirmed the result in my 2025 performance review.
The first draft asserts; the second shows the where, the when, the what and the result, so a screener can tick the box without guessing. See the full sample and the checklist →

The screener's checklist · sample
- The criterion is named in the first sentence, in the poster's own words
- The answer says where (employer, unit) and when (month and year, both ends)
- What you did is in the first person: I planned, I chaired, I resolved
- At least one number: people, dollars, files, days
- The result is stated, and who can confirm it
- Nothing the criterion asks for is left for the screener to infer
- Essential criteria first; assets written even when optional
Order
Send the poster. We do the rest.
Fill this in and you get an order code. Pay C$79 with the code and your answers arrive by email within 1 day.

Do you make anything up?
No. Every answer is built only from the résumé and notes you send. If a criterion is not covered by your experience, we say so and show you the closest honest match instead of inventing one.
What if my poster has more than 8 questions?
Order once per 8 questions, or tell us which 8 matter most (the essentials first) and use the checklist for the rest.
Can you promise I will be screened in?
No. A screener decides. What we promise is that every criterion is addressed in the form screeners read, with nothing left to inference, back within 1 day of payment, or you get a refund.
