I have a lot of experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders. In my current role I work with many different teams and partners on a regular basis and I am responsible for making sure projects move forward. I have strong communication and organizational skills and I am used to managing competing priorities and keeping everyone informed. I believe this experience makes me a strong fit for this position.
Sample · invented poster and applicant
Two criteria, before and after.
The poster is a made-up Program Officer (PM-03) process in an invented department. The applicant is invented too. The rewrites use only what the applicant's résumé and notes said: the dates, the numbers and the results. Nothing is added.
Experience coordinating projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders: met. From March 2024 to February 2026, as Program Assistant at the Riverside Settlement Centre (Winnipeg), I coordinated the Newcomer Employment Fair, an annual initiative involving four partner organizations, two provincial funders and 38 employers. I was the single point of contact for all partners: I set the project plan and the monthly checkpoint schedule, chaired the planning meetings (11 in 2025), tracked 46 action items to completion, and resolved a venue conflict between two partners by negotiating a shared-booth layout. The 2025 fair ran on budget ($18,400), drew 612 attendees (up from 410 in 2024) and led to 71 recorded job offers. My director confirmed the result in my 2025 performance review.
I have excellent experience providing client service. I deal with clients every day by phone and email and I always make sure their issues are resolved quickly and professionally. I have received positive feedback from clients and my supervisor.
Experience providing service to clients by telephone, email or in person: met. From September 2022 to February 2024, as Client Service Representative at Prairie Credit Union (Brandon, MB), I handled an average of 55 member contacts a day by phone, email and at the counter (about 13,000 a year), covering account questions, card replacements and payment disputes. I resolved 92 % of contacts at first touch (branch dashboard, 2023), escalated the rest with a written summary, and was one of two staff chosen to train four new hires on the contact script in 2023. My branch manager can confirm the figures.
What changed: the criterion is restated and claimed in the first sentence; the where and when are exact; the verbs are first person; there is at least one number; the result is stated with who can confirm it. A screener ticks without guessing.
The screener's checklist
- The criterion is named in the first sentence, in the poster's own words
- The answer says where (employer, unit) and when (month and year, both ends)
- What you did is in the first person: I planned, I chaired, I resolved
- At least one number: people, dollars, files, days
- The result is stated, and who can confirm it
- Nothing the criterion asks for is left for the screener to infer
- Essential criteria first; assets written even when optional
